Customer Care Officer • Narviplastx Yellow

Narviplastx is the “Industrial Plastics” department of the Narviflex Group. In our factory in Geel we store and process plastic semi-finished products (sheets, rods, hollow rods, etc.), which we supply to companies as a whole or as processed pieces.

We supply and manufacture almost everything in plastic for companies: safety fences, walkways, collision protection, plastic stairs, transparent draught curtains, machine parts, ...

For our head office in Geel we are looking for a nice colleague who will be the first point of contact for customers (via email or telephone) and who will keep the administration in order behind the scenes.

What does the job entail?

• Receive incoming emails and phone calls: check delivery times, look up information, update customers and suppliers, etc.

• Taking orders (via email and telephone) and entering information into SAP

• Enter files and detailed quotations in SAP

• Administrative handling of files

• Calling customers and suppliers with updates on delivery times

Who are we looking for?

• You are customer-oriented and enjoy helping customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• You have experience in administration and telephone customer contact

• You are fluent with computers and common software, and have knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems

• You are Dutch speaking and can speak and write Dutch correctly

• Knowledge of English and French is an advantage

• You work correctly and have common sense

• You are stress-resistant and can handle chaos. After all, you are “disturbed” all day long by the phone or colleagues with questions.

• You learn quickly and can handle a wide range of products. Experience with technical products is useful, but not necessary.

• We prefer someone full-time, 4/5 is negotiable

• You work at our office in Geel

• You are not a job hopper and are looking for a stable and long-term job and employer
