HM Scraper Compact
This scraper is related to our EU Food scraper, but is specifically designed for rubber belts, where there is little installation space. The scraper tips are made of carbide.
Features and Uses:
This scraper uses the famous tensioners of our EU Food Scraper, which are integrated into the shaft of the scraper. Since there are no external tensioners, compactness is greatly increased.
The blades are made of wear-resistant and elastic polyurethane (oil and grease resistant) and consist of segments, so that they each move independently and can take over the curvature of the drums.
The scraper blades are equipped with carbide scraper tips, which significantly increases wear resistance.
This scraper is not food approved and is not suitable for use on PVC or PU belts.
This scraper is a champion for scraping rubber conveyor belts.
Can be used anywhere where there is a lack of installation space, e.g. potato reception in the French fry industry, or on distribution belts for sand and certainly also in the recycling industry.
