We have many manufacturing options for you in our factories in Geel (B) and Uitgeest (NL), in plastic conveyor belting, of the brands Chiorino, Volta, Nitta and Esbelt .

Not only traditional products such as conveyor belt cutting & joining, guiding strips, cleats (also fabric reinforced), corrigated sidewalls, closed edges, but also making vacuum holes, making longitudinal joinings, additionally coating conveyor belts and applying special profiles in the top layer.

We stock an enormous amount of rubber conveyor belts, in all types and widths, so that we can help you quickly.

The Narviflex Group is Michelin-Dunlop's “Approved Service Partner”. We also have rubber conveyor belts produced for our own brand "Rota Belting".

In our factory in Geel (B), we can extensively assemble the rubber conveyor belts, such as installing hot vulcanized cleats, making hot longitudinal joinings, making cross-rigid sidewall belting, making special hot vulcanized chevron belts and extensive waterjet work on rubber conveyor belts.

Since August 2022, makes Esfo Metal mesh belts, part of the Narviflex Group. Premium metal mesh belts are made in the factory in Enschede by a team with more than 30 years of experience.

In addition to the standard products, we think solution-oriented with the customer and many problem-solving metal mesh belts have already been developed, which are now used all over the world to heat products or bring them to frozen temperatures.

Narviflex stocks a mass of modules, rods, cleats, side plates and sprockets in the production unit in Drachten (NL). This allows us to create one at very short notice, if necessary modular belt, put it together for you.

There is an autoclave in our factory itself. This means that drums and rollers can be provided ex works with a hot vulcanized white or black rubber lagging, with or without a profile.

Our three Zünd CNC cutting machines run continuously for cutting strips in plastic and rubber (Narvistar PU, PVC, PE, Silicone), according to the customer's model or plan.

The machines have all available options, such as infeed and outfeed conveyors, infeed and outfeed robots, ultrasonic unit, milling heads, punching heads and Z-saw units.

The Narviflex Group has a wide range of components that make the operation and management of your conveyor belt installation more efficient:
