Chiorino is currently the most innovative manufacturer of plastic conveyor belts and related items. Narviflex is the preferred partner.
Narviflex is the distributor of Volta, the inventor of the positive drive polyurethane belt. But in the Volta Range there are also other many innovative products!
Belt confection is the installation of guiding strips, spill edges, cleats (full PVC and fabric reinforced), apple waves, ridges, sidewalls, etc. We have everything that exists in stock and can of course also apply this.
Round belts are mounted on curve installations. Making these requires a lot of know-how, which we have at Narviflex, as well as CNC cutters so that the round belts fit perfectly.
Narviflex can additionally coat conveyor belts with extra PVC or PU. We can also apply all kinds of profiles in the covering layers.
Narviflex mesh belts, composed of stable, monofilament, coated polyester, are a good solution in applications where good moisture drainage is important

When do you need a guide cord?

A guide cord can help keep or bring a plastic conveyor belt into position, but it is not meant to do all the work. Think of it as protection against belt drift caused by external factors. The installation must still have the classic tracking provisions, even when a guide cord is used. Short but wide conveyor belts are very hard to track. That is why a central guide cord, or two guide cords on the sides of the belt, is always recommended there.
