Pit Viper

The Martin Pit Viper has a one-piece polyurethane blade and is used to scrape off concrete, minerals, sand, chemicals, etc.

Advantages :

• The polyurethane top contains approximately 20% more polyurethane than competitive blades. The lifespan is therefore longer.

• Scrapes against the belt at an aggressive angle, this gives a better scraping result.

• Quick exchange of scraper blades without tools. Secure with one pin (and safety cable).

• Simple and maintenance-friendly system consisting of the scraping frame, the PU scraping blade and the tensioner

Applications:

• For installations with drums up to 406 mm diameter and belt widths from 300 to 1800 mm

• Choice of making the scraper blade 50 mm or 150 mm narrower than the belt width, for optimal scraping results, depending on the product width on the belt

Options :

• Special polyurethane grades available for specific applications (Martin Engineering color system).

• Martin® Twist tensioner or Martin Spring tensioner available

• Blades available segmented, to better follow the convexity of the drums
