Round chevrons 32 mm high, over 580 mm chevron width (bandwidth 650 mm)
At the request of the potato industry, Narviflex Rota Belting has developed a 32 mm high round high chevron profile. It is available in belt widths of 650, 800, and 1,000 mm.

2-layer rubber chevron belt with wear-resistant top layers
Tensile strength: 250 N/mm
Thickness of top layer: 3 mm
Thickness of undercoat layer: 1.5 mm
Total thickness of underlying strap: 6.5 mm
Fitted with 50 sh A mass-cured chevrons
Chevrons height: 32 mm
Chevron width: 580 mm
Total tire width: 650 mm
The round shape of the chevrons centralizes the product nicely on the band
There are no openings in the chevrons where small round products could get stuck
Minimum drum diameter: 220 mm (this belt can be used on smaller drum diameters because the chevrons are not as hard as the belt)
