Round chevrons 32 mm high, over 900 mm chevron width (bandwidth 1,000 mm)
At the request of the potato industry, Narviflex Rota Belting has developed a Round High Chevron Profile of 32 mm high. Available in the belt widths 650, 800 and 1,000 mm.

3-layer rubber chevron belt with wear-resistant top layers
Tensile strength: 400 N/mm
Thickness of top layer: 3 mm
Thickness of undercoat layer: 1.5 mm
Total thickness of underlying strap: 7.5 mm
Fitted with mass-cured chevrons of 50 sh A
Chevrons height: 32 mm
Chevron width: 900 mm
Total bandwidth: 1,000 mm
The round shape of the chevrons centralizes the product nicely on the band
There are no openings in the chevrons where small round products can get stuck
Minimum drum diameters: 270 mm (this belt can be used on smaller drum diameters because the chevrons are not as hard as the belt)
For elevated transport of potatoes, onions, pebbles, etc.
