VBMC-25 VulcaBeast Special Production
These 25 mm high chevrons can be vulcanized on any type of rubber belt in production at Narviflex by means of hot vulcanization (any belt width).
The VBMC chevrons (25 mm high) can be applied to existing, special belt types at Narviflex in Geel. This is done through hot vulcanization on the VulcaBeast press and is therefore not a bonding process.

Special Profile :
Besides its obvious lifting properties, this profile ensures that the product rolls toward the center of the belt, which improves belt control. This profile also returns very smoothly to the return section of the system.
