SC Hinged record belt

The SC hinged plate belt is a belt for special applications. Due to the robust construction, these belts are used where traditional mesh belts are not strong enough or where the process places (special) demands on the transport medium. The hinge plate belt can therefore also be provided with a custom perforation.

The SC hinge plate belt is made up of hinges, connected with a cross pin and finished with a side chain or side plates. The cross bars are welded with a welding ring.

The structure of the tire allows easy installation and removal. Furthermore, the belt can be provided with cleats, increased side finishing and product fixation if desired.
