Narvicera EVO – keramische bekleding in topvorm

We are pleased to introduce our latest type of ceramic pulley lagging : Narvicera EVO .

This high-quality covering consists of pure white ceramic tiles with a studded profile, vulcanised in rubber and provided with a self-adhesive adhesive layer. Thanks to this construction, Narvicera EVO offers excellent wear resistance and a reliable grip, even in the most demanding applications.

Available sizes and stock

The new Narvicera EVO strips have a thickness of 15 mm and are available directly from stock in:

• 1,000 x 500 x 15 mm

• 2,000 x 500 x 15 mm

These standard dimensions allow us to deliver quickly and easily respond to your project needs.

Application

Narvicera EVO is the ideal choice for applications with intensive wear, where classic rubber linings fall short. Think of bulk handling, or conveyor belt applications in heavy industry specifically in wet and dirty conditions.

Execution:

• Narviflex can also apply this covering on site.

• It is also possible to roll steel shells, on which we apply the Narvicera EVO ceramic coating. These can then be welded to the drum on site.
