Narviflex has developed a new type of belt that solves the problems in the grey area between plastic conveyor belts and rubber conveyor belts, caused by the choice of (too) small drum diameters.
RWR 20/2F Black 20 DC has unique properties. See the data sheet via the button below:
The top layers are PVC, mixed with a small amount of NBR rubber to make them more wear-resistant. NBR is oil and grease resistant. However, it remains PVC, so (fabric-reinforced) cleats, stringers, and corrugated edges can be added.
There is an F in the coding, so this tape can run in a trough.
Bottom is PVC/RUBBER, so for roll support, with or without a trough.
Is a STRONG belt, such as, in rubber conveyor belt terms, an EP 200/2
Can be used on drums FROM DIAMETER 80 mm!
In stock in all widths up to 2,200 mm wide.
