General Features:
Always a Rotacure Product: covering layers are more homogeneous and the strip has the same thickness everywhere.
For our Rota Oil tires we do not use a rubber mix with SBR rubber, but pure NBR (Nitrile) rubber. This makes the Rota Oil belts highly oil and grease resistant, also resistant to mineral oil, such as formwork oil.
Type G according to DIN 22102 is meaningless, because the standard does not say to what extent the tire is oil and
Must be grease resistant. Our Rota Oil tire is 100% oil resistant!

DIN 22102 Standard Widths: 300, 400, 500, 600, 650, 700, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000 mm. Other widths can be cut. Wider than 2 m also possible, using hot longitudinal welding.
DIN 22102 Permitted Length Tolerances:
Endless welded belts
-Up to 15,000 mm length: +/- 50 mm
-From 15,000 to 20,000 mm length: +/- 75 mm
-Longer than 20,000 mm: +/- 0.5%
Non-Endless (Open) Tapes
-In one length: + 2.5%
-In multiple lengths:
-Each part length: +/- 5%
-Total of the part lengths: + 2.5%
