Very special belt, which is the ideal bottom belt for heavily loaded over-belts/magnetic belts

RS - Rota Star fabric construction: there is extra thick intermediate rubber between the plies. This ensures that the belt absorbs impact better and is nicely stable in width. This also makes the joining extra reliable.
Type X rubber quality: the top mixture for this application, due to the combination of high wear resistance and flexibility in the rubber to absorb the impact and cuts of products with sharp edges and irregular shapes
The profile in the top layer is not standard and is made afterwards at Narviflex. You can therefore choose a flat top layer, a checkered top layer or a cross-rib top layer. Both top layers with profile (checkered or cross-rib) are used, in combination with cleats, to have more grip on the product with overbelts/magnetic belts, and to throw it away faster and further. This is to replace the extra glued ETR70 , in some systems of overbelts.
