Heat Resistance Classes

The three resistance classes to accelerated aging within the ISO 4195 test methods are: class 1 (100°C), class 2 (125°C) and class 3 (150°C).

Dunlop Betahete

Dunlop Betahete is a high performance, heat and wear resistant coating grade, designed for conveying materials at continuous temperatures up to 160°C and peak temperatures up to 180°C. Betahete consistently exceeds the requirements of ISO 4195 Class 2 (T125) and has excellent wear resistance that exceeds applicable international standards for wear-resistant conveyor belts by more than 50%. Dunlop Deltahete is recommended for higher temperatures in demanding, harsh operating conditions for the transportation of hot, abrasive materials.
