Additional belt coating and profiling

Sometimes the right tire, with the right coating and profile, does not exist in the manufacturers' standard program. But Narviflex can additionally coat the top layer and provide it with any desired profile

Sometimes there is no standard conveyor type for an application. In such a case, adding a coating to Narviflex / Bandtransport Europe's own coating line can provide a tailor-made solution.

Our plastic conveyor belts consist of one or more fabric layers, provided with a coating of a specific composition, color and thickness. When no standard conveyor belt type meets the user's requirements, applying an extra coating to a standard conveyor belt type can be a simple solution.

For example, Narviflex / Bandtransport Europe applies an extra thick or extra strong coating, a silicone coating or a coating for a special profile on its own coating line. In this way we create a new conveyor belt that meets the user's requirements.

At Narviflex / BTE we want to help you as best and completely as possible. You will find fully profiled conveyor belts with us, but you can also choose to have part of a full roll of flat conveyor belt material profiled. With our profiling machine specially developed for this purpose, we can provide conveyor belt material with a profile of your choice. All common profiles are possible. If you need a special profile, this can also be arranged, under certain conditions.

Profile 4 - Small stud
