Pure ceramic tiles, applied directly to the steel of pouring points and (necking) drums, to prevent extreme abrasion wear
Features :
Aluminium tiles, which are applied directly to prepared steel using a special adhesive process, with ceramic adhesive/cement
Type : 92 Alumina Ceramic Strip
Available thicknesses: 4 and 6 mm
Basic dimensions of the strips (divisible): 500 x 500 mm
Usage :
On drums for conveyor belt installations, which are subject to extreme wear (e.g. constriction drums in heavy applications)
On (shaking) chutes and pouring points, which are subject to extreme wear, due to abrasive, fine-grained product, which causes abrasive wear
