Narvicera EVO Ceramic lagging

In wet and dirty conditions, the TrackGrip checkered rubber coating may provide insufficient grip. In that case, it is best to switch to Narvicera EVO (Thickness: 15 mm), with solid ceramic tiles featuring a studded profile.

  • Thickness: 15 mm

  • Dimensions of the strips:

    • 1,000 x 500 x 15 mm

    • 1,200 x 500 x 15 mm

    • 1,450 x 500 x 15 mm

    • 1,650 x 500 x 15 mm

    • 2,000 x 500 x 15 mm

  • NarviCera EVO consists of 92 Alumina ceramic tiles (with studded profile), vulcanized in rubber. The back is provided with a CR primer layer.

  • The strips are applied to a drum using a triple gluing process. The seams are finished with self-curing polyurethane.

  • Narviflex can also install this cladding on site.

  • It is also possible to roll steel shells, onto which we apply the NarviCera EVO ceramic lining. These can then be welded onto the drum on site.
