POM - Polyacetal is a very interesting plastic for all your projects:


  • EU and FDA Food Approved

  • Many variants and colours available: natural/white, black (UV resistant), blue, metal detector detectable, special anti-static, etc. Available in sheets and bars. Of course also in shorter lengths. Sawing to size.

  • POM is usable over a wide temperature range (from -40°C to +100°, with higher peaks).

  • POM is very strong, can withstand aggressive cleaning agents and steam cleaning (hydrolysis). The material also does not absorb moisture

  • POM has excellent machinability, low friction (favorable sliding properties and good resistance to wear)
