We have added two types to our range that are widely used due to their unique properties:
NW 25 HC Black (thickness 2,5 mm)
NW 40 HC Black (thickness 4,0 mm)
These non-woven conveyor belts made of pressed felt (reinforced in the middle with a polyester carcass) have many unique advantages:
Wear-resistant and cut-resistant
Oil and grease resistant, with the ability to absorb the oil, ideal for transporting steel parts and plates
The pressed felt top layer is (velvety) soft. Ideal for the packaging industry of fragile products, such as cosmetics.
Both thicknesses are also increasingly used as drag side seals in the recycling industry, due to their oil and grease resistance and resistance to cuts.
The NW 25 HC Black is the standard on many CNC cutting machines because this belt allows vacuum air to pass through. Our belt is unique because it's available with belt widths up to 3,100 mm, without a longitudinal weld.
