The belt consists of a strong and extra cross-stable 2-layer fabric, with a 1.5 mm thick polyurethane top layer. Anti-static.
The top layer is matt and this gives excellent results with optical detection equipment. Made of hard pu of 92 sh A.
PU is very wear-resistant (a factor of 4 to 5 more wear-resistant than rubber), is very tear and puncture resistant and is thoroughly oil and grease resistant, as well as resistant to many chemicals
The belt can work on drum diameters from 100 mm diameter
