1.Cultivation and harvest
During potato growing and harvesting, rubber tyres, drop cloths and scrapers, among others, ensure efficient and careful handling, minimising damage to the potatoes.
2.Transport and storage
During the transport and storage of potatoes, belt unloaders are used to ensure smooth and controlled unloading.
3.Sorting and cleaning
The next step in the processing process is sorting and cleaning the potatoes

4. Pre-processing
During this phase, food-approved conveyor belts and plastics are used to move and sort the potatoes. These belts meet strict hygiene standards and are specially designed to make contact with food safe, without risk of contamination. They are resistant to abrasion, fats and other substances released during the handling process, providing a reliable and durable solution for efficient and safe potato handling.

6.Packaging and storage
Finally, the finished products are packaged and, if necessary, stored in freezers.
Modular belts have excellent resistance to low temperatures and are therefore often used in cold stores during packing.
